One photo one song #189: Got a chance to see wasabi in its raw form on our lab trip. Intrestingly, it didn’t taste as strong as the “normal” wasabi; it didn’t “attack” my nose like it used to do. I think if you add salt to it, then it will taste like the usual wasabi.
